  • My employer is fully supportive with meetings each week, giving me the time to balance both my university work and role.

  • I book onto tutorials so have 1 tutorial per block for learning and then a TMA support tutorial.

  • They have monthly reviews where I can assess what I've learnt and how its benefitted me.

  • 9a. Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I think its a really inclusive and friendly work environment where they push you to achieve your goals and is really flexible on what you can work on.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Definitely recommend it and just make sure you put everything you have done on the application form no matter how small.
