  • 9a. Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I think I would reccomend IBM to a friend purely because of its awareness and respect for its employees and alwasy wanting to help them achieve their goals and do well which i love about it. I'd also reccomend it purely on its friendly community as well as the different groups you can join, i.e book club!

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Probably just go for it be honest open and be you. Make sure you display all of your skills and what you do outside of work/learning. Ask questions, attend virtual open evenings. The application process is really long but its worth it as there are so many opportunites that are avaliable at IBM.
