  • Yes, absolutely tons - new languages; technologies; improved on soft and hard skills. Been given ample encouragement and opportunity to do so throughout.

  • Support is always on hand; usually only 1, occasionally 2, business days for a reply.

  • Definitely, I often find in each module there is something that can be applied to my day role.

  • Yes, ample giveback opportunities at all times; social events sometimes put on; professional networking events when back in the office.

  • Great culture; friendly people; personal and professional development emphasis; inclusive.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Get the tests et al done promptly because the overall process can be quite long. Be honest in all questions as if you are found not to be that will be hugely problematic.
