i started of with little experience of working in a kitchen and within 2 weeks i knew it all but thats because the skills needed for that kitchen was limited you didnt have to do much nor did you have to try [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]
no not really working for greene king you dont learn anything i wouldnt call anything that i prepared while working for them cooking the food quality they get in is disgusting and sight that i was at was falling apart
i didnt enjoy it at all the working environment that i was in was small and the kitchen was falling apart when i rained it rained indoors in the kitchen and the pub the walls are breaking away, cracked windows its a place that needs redecorating and maintenance
the coursework i did was alright asoon as i got put with dee moon it all started to go quickly and we managed to get through it however the multiple choice exam was a joke and needs looking at by someone who actually knows what they are doing

the food quality is disgusting, how food is prepared is disgusting, the companies moto was hypocritical, the only thing good about the place is the exit door when you leave
DONT APPLY AND LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER ELSEWHERE!
