  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am responsible for the promotion and implementation of Pearson vocational courses, namely BTEC, on an international basis. Work with education centres, Ministries of Education and Training providers. Present on a regular basis, selling and implementing our programmes into schools and colleges and gain recognition of them onto national curriculums.

  • My ability to look at ideas strategically has greatly improved. Seeing the bigger picture rather than the hear and now.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have now finished the course but thoroughly enjoyed my time whilst doing it. I found it very informative but it also developed me on a personal level too.

  • It was reasonably well organised although there were often changes to study days/location/order of delivery within units.

  • I received full support from my employer

  • Again I received all the support I needed. Couldn't fault it.

  • The qualification has really made me feel more confident in my role. The knowledge I have gained has given me the ability to be more assertive and talk with more authority.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes through the online Neo group but I don't take much advantage of them.

  • Yes

  • Great place to work, supportive, friendly and provides opportunities for those willing to take them. Great work/life balance.

  • Know the market and show a degree of personality as well as professionalism.
