  • Talking to customers and providing them with a good customer experience with the company. Using th computer software in order to process and amend customer accounts.

  • Developed skills such as team working and self sufficiency and developed my customer service skills while working in this role

  • I really enjoy the programme as it is different every day and the support is fantastic

  • It is really well organised and we have schedules which are there for us to follow.

  • The support from the employer is really good and there is always support available even if your own manager is busy someone is always more than willing to help you

  • The support is fine. Could do with a bit more clarification on the work and structure of the programme from seetec.

  • It gives you time to reflect on your role which is good.

  • yeah there are lots of activities such as five aside football, charity fotoball mtaches etc.

  • Yes

  • The support and role is fantastic. Really enjoyable and it is different every day.

  • Definitely just be yourself when applying for the role and doing the role as well as the whole role is about having natural conversations
