Well structured apprenticeship, i have now started a degree shortly after completing the level 3
substantial support received, time to complete studies and good experience on site
i am given one day a week to complete uni work, which is possible it just needs organizational skills to be developed. quarterly meetings with my line manager and the uni representative ensure that the right balance is received
pairing up on is practical work and theoretical uni work is a good way to learn
social activities such as meals out and drinks happen, unfortunately, due to the long working day it is harder to complete extra curricular things
Yes
good company which provides training
