1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in a buzzing, face-paced environment where I manage a team of 15 colleagues. My role on a day-to-day basis involves engaging with the customer and reporting on operational progress. Ensuring that all elements of the operation as working as effectively and efficiently as possible.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed great stakeholder management skills from the interaction I have with customers and senior internal stakeholders on a daily basis. In my role I have picked new system skills and I have been able to ground my learnings through the training and developing the rest of my team.

I really enjoy my programme because it has given me the opportunity to grow and develop as a future leader for the business.

The programme is structured really well and aligns with my degree programme

I receive good support from my employer for my degree apprenticeship programme. They really embrace me as an apprentice.

I receive a great amount of support from my learning provider who are very supportive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am ok.

I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role, because it helps me to actively reflect on my work place practice and look for ways of improving it.
