  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am thoroughly enjoying my Manager Network Training as these are great sessions to share ideas and discuss what works well for individuals. The sessions are for staff that the company has invested in and I have scored high in my assessments which gives me the confidence to aim higher.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The tutor leading the sessions is fantastic, she always preps her lesson plans really well and always makes sure that everyone gets involved, she is there to speak privately if people wish to do so and the sessions are spread across annually to give people enough time to prepare and digest the training.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support is provided. My tutor will make herself available to have 121's whenever we are both free and she sometimes will check up on me just to make sure I am doing ok which is lovely.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training helps me to perform better in my role, a recent example from the last training we had is we analysed lots of scenarios and situations based on individuals taking into consideration their upbringing and background. This also gives me and others a wider picture of how to work and engage with others. It also helps you to reflect on your own style.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many, we have had countless extra-curricular activities including safeguarding training, excel training, webinars, presentations that I have taken part in or delivered, and of course lots of sports. We have gone to Loughborough University for training and social activities which we plan to go to again this year, I can not wait! And I have attended multiple networking events and will continue to do so both in-person and virtually.

  • Make yourself stand out from the crowd, make sure your CV is up to date, and remember to include any extra work experience you have done for example charity, fundraising, and volunteering.
