  • Very much so, it was very informative and structured to individual learning strategies. Staff provided emotional support alongside assisting in understanding the provided knowledge.

  • Immaculately. All essential information was provided before starting in the ward setting and updated given in a timely fashion before hand

  • It helps me to understand the fundamental aspects of care and ways I can provide the highest standard possible. It provided unlaying information around why we do what we do

  • It’s a fantastic business to work in and provides an immaculate level of achievement pushing you to be a better person to assist those in need.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Royal Devon and Exeter?
  • Determination is key. Don’t underestimate yourself and learn from those around you that have undertaken the same role. The library and google scholar is your best friend. It is hard but the sense of achievement and pride you’re left with is so worth it.
