I love it ! It can be overwhelming and challenging but it is my dream job x
Very hot and miss . Uni is ver organised for what they teach but the hospital leaves what is expected down to department level and there is no clarity on what we should be doing . I am trying to change this and regularly make suggestions to move this forward . I have devised my own 360 feedback form which has been shared and have input on job descriptions and competency based learning
Immediate department has been 10/10 the trust appears not to even know we exist
Good support and regular feedback and meetings
It will enable me to do the job
