  • Yes, technical skills to enable me to work in the fibre network underground and overhead. Also social skills working with new people

  • It is amazing

  • Very good. My manager Alex Tyrrell is great and my assessor Matthew Oakley is brilliant too

  • Perfectly, I feel like I will be able to pass the exams at the end to be a qualified engineer and then I have to ability to work my way up higher
