  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In regards to Sheffield College, the work has never been properly organised, and I've always had a few tutors or teachers that had no idea what they were doing and didn't know their students enough to know which work they're supposed to be doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

  • 9a. Would you recommend Pearson plc to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Great place to work, pay very generously and always a great team. Only complaint is that engineers very often have to get involved in tasks that aren't engineering related but apart from that it's a fantastic place to work and would recommend to anyone. Also the reason why I've been going above and beyond to try and see if there will be jobs available so that my family can join

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Pearson plc?
  • Just be honest and have a great working attitude. It's a great company so they would expect you to do your greatest too
