  • In my current job i do contribute towards bids/ tenders but this apprenticeship standard is supporting my development in this area whilst fitting in well with my current job role. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The apprenticeship standard I have identified will support my development whilst fitting in with my current job role. Short-term this will enable me to support the bids and partnership manager with any bids and tenders, longer term, I will develop the knowledge and skills to be able to apply these in a full time bid and proposal role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Due to the pandemic all activities have been remote. We have had various activities over teams including quiz's and bingo. We have already been discussing idea's for when we can all get together face to face. We also have apprenticeship ambassadors and social events just for apprentices. On a professional level i have attended several virtual events both cross team and external.
