  • Ensuring a successful end on end process delivery. Daily meeting to understand progress and if there are any risks to delivering the service and what are the mitigations for these risks. Managing stakeholders in order to meet deadlines and ensure service is delivered seamlessly.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes. With having completed the CMDA it gave me a new set of skills in enabling me to understand how a business runs and what needs to be considered before any business decisions are made.

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme as it has provided me with the experience, knowledge and skills I have been expecting to gain.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme structure overall is great however more input from DAs would be preferred when deciding optional units in the final year.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Over the 3 years of the programme I have changed 3 or 4 managers, which has proven difficult to get the support I perhaps needed. I did have a senior sponsor who was always very helpful.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Training provider has improved over the course of the programme in how they provide support and guidance towards qualification overall and assessments involved within. Tutors and mentors are always available via email if a question needs to be answered.

  • The qualification has enabled me to gain a better understanding in how business strategies are executed which is key when pursuing a senior leadership career.

  • There are always some social activities that are organised, especially this has become a higher focus to creating social activities online whilst working from home.

  • Yes

  • I have worked with Pearson PLC for over 6 years now. The work culture is great for everyone is welcomed as family. People are always there to help no matter what, and there are countless opportunities for personal and professional progression.
