To learn the roles and skills required to work within Conformity of Production, Calibration and Audit. Help with tasks and jobs related to budgeting, testing and auditing.
Learnt more advanced IT Skills. Learnt to use software used across the BMW Group.
I enjoy my experience and look forward to what the next 4 years will bring.
Well structed with a plan for my learning and experience at university and work.
Support is good from employer with support from colleagues and managers. However, as I have moved out and now live by myself I sometimes struggle to live comfortably on the apprenticeship salary.
Support is good from university and my lecturers. I have also received a review which included my self, training provider and my manager.

Because its an large organisation which provides you with lots of opportunities to improve yourself and have the chance to create a fantastic career.
Make sure you are willing to work with others from all over the world. Be prepared to work at a large company which could be daunting to some people.
