  • To learn the roles and skills required to work within Conformity of Production, Calibration and Audit. Help with tasks and jobs related to budgeting, testing and auditing.

  • I enjoy my experience and look forward to what the next 4 years will bring.

  • Well structed with a plan for my learning and experience at university and work.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support is good from employer with support from colleagues and managers. However, as I have moved out and now live by myself I sometimes struggle to live comfortably on the apprenticeship salary.

  • Support is good from university and my lecturers. I have also received a review which included my self, training provider and my manager.

  • What I learn at university I can see implemented within my organisation and day to day role.

  • I'm part of newsletter and now have the opportunity to attend a local school to speak about my experience.

  • Because its an large organisation which provides you with lots of opportunities to improve yourself and have the chance to create a fantastic career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Make sure you are willing to work with others from all over the world. Be prepared to work at a large company which could be daunting to some people.
