  • Caring for individuals who require help to make decisions. Administration of medication. Making sure the end is clean and tidy. Making life easier and safer fir people.

  • Mostly through hands on work has helped develop my skills.

  • I enjoy all training as it helps me to develop myself in different areas.

  • I found the training very organised and structured.

  • My employer was there to help any time it was required.

  • Weekly or two weekly zoom calls which was due to covid restrictions. Twice I had face to face visits.

  • I feel it helped me to develop my care for others immensely and to understand there needs more.

  • Yes

  • Friendly company to work for. Understand you may have problems and have an open door policy and there is always someone to listen.

  • Be yourself. Explain the training you require and why.
