  • I have started to deal with live claims and being on the phones. the morning would be looking at the claim, scoping and calling the customer to settle. the afternoon i would be on the phones receiving calls and heling customers with their queries

  • I have learnt many communication skills and listening skills from being on the phones. i have learnt insurance and building skills by learning the knowledge. i have learnt scoping skills which i use when dealing with a claim

  • I enjoy my job and my tasks. I enjoy that every job is different and there is a variety. i enjoy the learning side but prefer the actual job role.

  • my calendar is sorted for me and my days are organised for me

  • I receive support from my mentor when i need it. he can answer any queries i have. i have recieved some negative support from my manager to do with the learning side.

  • i have the workshops every other week and books and powerpoints are sent to me. i think more support and contact is needed. i believe we need more frequent workshops

  • my training does help me in my role because it gives me the necessary knowledge needed for the role
