Rotation between 3 months university and 3 months of placements across various BBC owned businesses or departments

Extremely, even though it is early in the scheme and during Covid-19 -- contact from line managers and systems are in place to make it a good experience
Balance between uni and work is good; not being on day release is a blessing
Regular contact with line manager; development opportunities and talks are well placed. Regular BBC wide information events are scheduled.
Courses are directly related to placements -- though placements and the actual content may be a few months apart.
There are many staff networks which run regular events such as the Young Talent Network.
