Operational Systems Delivery Analyst Review

Within my current role I work with contracts across the business to help them implement new works management systems. This includes gaining a full understanding of the business need and the contract’s requirements, working with developers to ensure the new system meets these requirements and supporting training and implementation.

Whilst undertaking my apprenticeship I have learnt more about Project Management and have been able to apply these skills to my day to day role, formalising my approach to managing projects.

I enjoy the programme

I had found the programme to be poorly structured. I had no formal catch ups with my tutor and was left to my own devices. However, I have recently been assigned a new tutor, Fiona, who has changed this and I am enjoying the programme a lot more now!

I receive as much support as I need

My qualification has developed my skills in project management and, combined with my knowledge of the business and industry, I feel I am more confident in my approach to project management and have formalised project management processes
