  • My current role involves in meetings with stakeholders, project steering group, suppliers and users to define, or help define specifications for modifications to the software related to the implementation of a system. To help resolve or assist in the resolution of customer system queries arising from the implementation.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes current course PMP is very helpful in polishing my professional skills on process management, Project Initiation, Project Planning, Scheduling, Documentation development, Task Management, Project Control, Risk Management and various PM Tools.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Initially I was confused how to start with as assessment scope document wasn't available to me. My tutor helped me with that and it was really exiting to go through various sessions and skills required around those area in real scenario.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Programme is well structured to cover the most in terms of certification and on the real experience for an apprentice. Would be much appreciate if some video explanation was attached to few crucial topics to understand more easily.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive full support from my employer even though we are on large project of implementation for our Minerva Project (IFSAPP 10) with a very busy schedule

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my tutor is absolutely fantastic. She was assigned to me just couple of weeks before but guided me with documents and support which I wasn't aware of its existence on the training website. She is talented with incredible teaching skills. Tutor is very helpful and encouraging in a positive manner.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My apprenticeship programme is very helpful on my day to day basis as I put the theory into practice on my current Minerva Project. Clearly understand all the project phases and improved my decision making skill. I will surely be more advanced with my current knowledge once I complete my apprenticeship and it would be great achievement towards my career.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At present due to current scenario there are no social activities, but attending virtual professional networking event and discussing with other friends who already completed Project management courses.

  • The Clancy Group is not a just company to work but its a place where each employee is considered as a family and make them realise that they are working for their family. The Clancy Group cares for their career development and hold their hands by supporting them through programme like apprenticeship to progress in their career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Clancy Group?
  • The application process is straight forward with current scenario would be video or telephonic interview. Generally is carried over with 3 months assessment period. Onboard process is quite simple not much complicated which covers health and safety instructions, safety at work and some test to check alcohol level at the start-up.
