  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work for Clancy's as an Apprentice Administrator and my role is made up of taking breakdown calls from workers on site for either plant or transport, I also deal with the recharges for parts and labour when breakdowns need fixing, and these will be charged to the correct site. I also have other admin responsibilities such as scanning, filing and sending emails

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learned a lot on the business side of Clancys like the internal and external factors that can affect the business, shareholders and stakeholders etc, but ive also learned the different processes which I actually compare to a puzzle and ive really started to put all the pieces together. im very much someone who needs to not only learn how something is done, but also why we do it.
