Working as part of a team, check on all the residents and ensure their health care needs are met. Administer medication, help with hygiene and meal times. Currently working night shifts but before I used to work days.
Organisational and researching skills have improved a lot since doing this course.
Very enjoyable and beneficial to complete. I have aspirations to complete the next level .
Very organised, pandemic did impact somewhat the activities because of reduced visits.
More support was received from Paragon and my personal tutor.
My personal tutor was fantastic and very helpful through the course.
Very relevant to my role and what I do each day.
Yes alot of different options, some of the events to include the residents.
