Ensure the safety of the residents, personal care, medicating, creating appointments and liasing with stakeholders.
Being able to train and provide high quality care to others.
I have developed enormously since starting this programme.
Over the year the course was excellent and very well organised.
My employer has supported me alot, particularly because of the pandemic and how understanding they were of my studying time.
Very good relationship with my tutor who was always there to help.
Definitely more effective having completed this course.
Before pandemic there were alot of events held by the company for the staff.
