Taking personal care of residents, administering medication and helping them with appointments.
Leadership and delegation skills have developed alot. Taking care of colleagues and residents.
Very enjoyable and has taught me a lot of valuable skills.
Very very well organised and structured throughout.
There are two of us doing this course and our company has been very good to allow us time to study.
My personal tutor was extremely supportive and really pushed me to achieve this course.
Very relevant, this course has really helped in terms of my career as well as now I can look into lead support roles.
