M&E Services procurement, packagement management and construction management.
I have learned an abundance of new skills and have also developed existing ones while working at Skanska.
I get to learn a new trade while earning at the same time and work in a really supportive and stable business.
Structure is good but there is an element of driving your own career so it is tailored to the individual which I feel is a good thing as everyone wants different things and learn differently. Skanska support everyone.
I couldn't ask for more.
I received enough support to know what i needed to do and then had to go away and push to the end goal.
It provides structure and exposes you to aspects you wouldn't necessarily do if the training specification was not in place.
