Supporting individuals with personal care , offer food and drink in courage activities, oral care, all types of hygiene, support with anything individuals need. Company, compassion, a conversation

I enjoyed every minute working with my tutor she supported me and incouraged me to have confedence to pass

Not much was told I couldn’t meet my tutor in work hours by team leaders was bullied their bad place to work

All the support I asked for my trainer was the best any time I needed her she was their

Very much so I understand more and it’s made me realise I can do more and progress further

No way would I , church Crookhams team leaders shift leaders are bullies they shout at the staff have a go at them in front off residents and work colleagues, I have left gracewell Church Crookham and I would never go back horrible place to work
