    • Yes I have learnt a lot of theory under this industry as well as practical work.

    • I enjoy coming into work however some days there may not be many jobs and I would like to see the installation of a unit or how it works.

    • My college work (theory) is organised very well. However the structure on site isn’t as good.

    • I have a lot of support from my employer.

    • My train provider does give me support.

    • My qualifications don’t help me through my training except from basic intelligence.
