  • Lead the development of the products; including content and assessments and support services such as digital content and support Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics for new and live products and services through close liaison with sales team members, customers and stakeholders

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, learnt how to manage projects effectively and liaise with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Also how to manage budgets and contracting within projects.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Extremely, as it gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and apply the knowledge gained. The programme was delivered at my own pace and had full support from my line mangers and director for the division.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was well organised but like any other Apprenticeship standards, the first couple of cohorts become the guinea pigs so it evolved with time.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer has been extremely supportive throughout as I faced some personal challenges during my apprenticeships and was given time and space to work through them.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider has been supportive but it was a bit sporadic in the earlier days. Majority of the learning was online with little face to face support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification gave me the knowledge and understand and tools to apply in my current role so I would say it has helped me to improve my performance at least by 20 %

  • Yes, we do have the Apprenticeship networking and Apprenticeship Ambassador schemes at work.

  • Yes

  • Pearson is a global company which has provided me with many opportunities to get involved in different projects. This has allowed me to gain different experiences and grow within the company.
