  • A strong business development leader with a deep understanding of the education and apprenticeship sector, particularly in relation to Ofsted ESFA, DfE, awarding organisations and professional bodies specifically to the Uniformed Services sector; lead the development revenue including new business and re-tender business -lead the development new business, marketing, P&L -setting and executing a business development strategy to achieve growth objectives for each financial year -lead key customer/account, partner, stakeholder and business opportunities -provide thought-leadership to raise the profile of Pearson TQ in appropriate markets -Identify and implement new partnering opportunities by leveraging expertise from across the business to build winning solutions -build and manage a high-performance business development team -build key sales capabilities and drive business pipeline -Lead on the creation and ownership of the stakeholder communication strategy. -Creation and management of the BD departmental budget and control of costs

  • Pearson support is superb. The university’s support is poor to non existent

  • Only just started so difficult to assess but to date it’s incredibly useful
