  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The University of West London are not the best provider. There seems to be a lack of understanding about balancing working lives and university and work life examples of lacking in the lectures. I am unaware of where to find support from the training provider when I am experiencing issues so therefore usually fall back on the apprenticeship team at Pearson.
