  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel this massively helps me to perform better in my role. As when i'm at work i learn the practical hands on skills. i then learn more of the theory aspect of things when completing work towards my qualification. This side helps me to learn why the tasks i do at work need to be done and the importance of them.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As exciting and interesting as all of the above examples sound, unfortunately at this precise moment none of them are available. The knowledge i currently have of the availability of these opportunities is quite small. That is not to say there aren't there or there haven't been there before, as majority of my time at the organisation has been during the Covid 19 restrictions.
