  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is working in the business support team within a charity who work in the criminal justice system. My role is to produce administrative support towards the team. I produce reports which get sent out to contractors and also internally and i also input the raw data. The projects that i deal with also means i have a lot of interaction with external people meaning i use a phone and email system a lot. I also deal with the generic email address on a rota basis with the other team members in the admin department as well as answering and dealing with equerries via the phone.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed my programme with LAT and also with LSP. I work in a very understanding and helpful team where any questions or answers i have will be answered. The course has given me a basic understanding of admin office day to day work. I hope following the completion of this course that i can progress onto my level 3. I find that the work i do really ties into the nature of work we do.
