  • I have worked my way up to running the online picking system, non trade duty manager and currently working my way to full trade duty manager

  • I learn new things each day

  • Fairly structured as it's the same thing everyday, some days more work than others

  • 50/50 as I'm usually there without manager there so I call the shots most of the time

  • Whenever I have a question, I usually get an answer!

  • During covid, we haven't had much chance but I've put into practice the things I've learned so far

  • There's a lot of room to progress within the company if you put in the work

  • Don't come in expecting to do one Jon only, stretch yourself to experience all aspects of the roles included within the company
