  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe the programme is well-organised and sets you up for success on your apprenticeship. Everyone gets an early professional manager who is on hand to help at all times and checks in on a daily basis to see how I'm performing in terms of welfare, apprenticeship and career development.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support given from the IBM is good and I have been given a good network of people that I can reach out to if I need any additional help, clarification of equipment. • I am not so sure whether this qualification actually does help me do my job better ad I have not yet transitioned into a more senior role where i think it will come in handy.
