  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am presently frustrated with my programme the skills specialist comes across as not bothered or cant be bothered and has a lack of ability to inspire learning and comes across as very boring as such causing me to loose interest in the learning side. The educator also provides poor explanation of the programme applications such as one file and how to complete tasks within it.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Direct Line to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • From my own personal experience this has been the best employer i have had the privelege to work for. I suffer with significant mental health injuries notably PTSD from military service, this employer has given me the tools and the help to allow me to continue to work and provide me support for my issues. The company also align with the Armed Forces Covenant which was a major appealing factor for me.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Direct Line?
  • Be yourself, bring the best of you to the table, be honest and open with any issues you have and dont be afraid to ask questions about anything, the culture here is we are all learning something new daily. Dont be afraid to speak your mind and be true to yourself, we want people who arent afraid to speak their mind and bring themsevles to the table
