  • HR Consultant supporting 2 Senior HR Business Partners. Working with HRBP team to ensure smooth role out of HR strategies and supporting business with complex cases.

  • Have developed existing skills in utilising excel to support with data analysis. Also enjoyed joining new newsletters that i wouldn't have normally joined.

  • Given COVID-19 lockdown, it has kept me busy and i've enjoyed the research side of the programme.

  • I think it's very organised; but could be more structured with deadlines of when assignments need to be done.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received loads of support from my colleagues who helped with some of my assignments, in getting me to think differently.

  • Amazing support from my provider - i don't think i would have completed without their support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it's made me view external info better and how i can use this in my current workplace i.e. Hampton-Alexander report.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes - there are lots of activates for me to get involved in at work. We encourage employees to join our internal networking site on understanding about MHFA and other activities happening in the company.
