Learning and observing on site by shadowing experienced workers, also helping with tasks that don’t need authorisation
I have learned great team skills and how to work better as a part of a team
I enjoy the program a lot, I look forward to going to work every day and I have made friends in work and I enjoy what I do in work
The program is well structured, The only issue at the moment is covid regulations get in the way of being able to get in close proximity to others at work so observeing from a distance is the norm
We get support from our employer which consists of reviews at different time frame in out apprenticeship and we get checked up on my our managers on site
We get a lot of support from college with every aspect of work
I feel some of the aspects of the college work are not relevant to what we do at work but most of it is
