  • Speaking to customers, providing support in their finances and giving them the options available to get the most out of their money.also stand by them in difficult situations, by providing all available help.

  • I have worked on my maths and English as part of my program, gained a more in depth insight 9f the financial sector and regulators.

  • I find the bud system very well organised and easy to use, also I have meaningful conversations with my coach, who helps me in my apprenticeship a lot

  • Clear goals and timescales now with the bud system in place. Before, it was vague and not so clear but now it's much more user friendly.

  • I do have their understanding and time off to work on my apprenticeship

  • I do receive support and she explains to me in a very clear and comprehensive way what I am supposed to do

  • Gives me a better insight on my day to day work, how we are regulated, products available in the financial sector,and the ratio of our actions
