  • Helping my team with steps in the broking process such as emailing clients, creating spreadsheets and updating systems.

  • I have developed communication skills as well as team work.

  • Yes it has met expectations even though we are working remotely due to covid.

  • There is a lot of training and support from day one. I am learning new things everyday as well as challenging myself. The programme is well organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is always support when needed, people are happy to help which is great as an apprentice as what we do is very new to us.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Our training provider is really great, we can email and talk to the tutors whenever we need and they are always available to help. It is well structured also.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • What we learn for the exams is closely linked with what we do in our day to day roles. I know a lot more about the industry now in comparison to when i started which is great.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are a lot of social and networking events that can be signed up for and is open to everyone.

  • Yes

  • It has been a great apprenticeship so far and i look forward to carrying on.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
  • Everyone is very welcoming in the company so there is no need to be nervous for interviews. Study the role you're applying for well, as well as the company itself and what they stand for. The application process is very simple from start to finish.
