    • Understanding how to report on insurance financial results as they are different. Also analytical skills which focus on insurance outcomes.

    • It is a well structured programme with a lot of support.

    • Split into rotation to allow for larger exposure of the company. Also mentors and buddies are available and change with rotation to help with new challenges.

    • A great deal of support from employer and from study provider. Many people you can approach with a question.

    • A fair amount. Regular catch ups with talent coaches to help focus on professional development.

    • It is vital to have to foundations of accounting to be able to perform my role and the classes are clear. There are useful transferable skills.

    • Yes part of the financial social club so help with morale.
