Digital Technician - Inhouse Post Production.
Digitising tape ingest, File based ingest, Dvd creation, final cut 7, premier pro, file based delivery, post production workflows.
I enjoy the team mechanics and the work culture at the BBC.
Being given responsibility has made me feel valued by the BBC.
Our apprenticeship co-ordinator has done and is continuing to extensively assist us with absolutely anything that we are concerned about.
With the wealth of support available to us from our own teams, co-ordinator and training provider it appears every question we have can be answered.
Mentor, Manager, Peers, Colleagues and understanding.
Expensive to commute or live nearby whilst also maintain the cost of integrating into a new team who earn substantially more than you.

The organisation has a buzz about it which makes it an enjoyable place to work.
Don't give up if you don't succeed at first, be able to demonstrate your passion for media and your experience. Be prepared to learn allot.
