  • depending on the day and shift either online picking, running a section, running a shift, cashing up. working with customers and doing whats best for them as well as making sure that all other members of staff are happy whilst working alongside me.

  • my apprenticeship has allowed me too look deeper into things such as customer expectations and my own personal development

  • i enjoy the programme and how i have other colleagues who are also doing it and have done it that i can talk too about it, my programme works along well with my job as well as my job working well along side my apprenticeship.

  • i receive all the support i need if i go to my employer with a question they will always be happy to help me understand it.

  • my training provider helps me understand the parts that i didnt fully answer correctly, or the parts that i struggled getting my head around. my training provider is always happy too help.

  • i feel that it helps me perform much better as i now take other things into consideration
