  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I run the frozen section in the store which involves me running out all of the stock that can be put out on the shop floor and making sure stock levels are correct for frozen, also I always am part of the closing team so I make sure the store is clean and tidy when we leave

  • I have learned many news skills in my role, such as communication skill, I have become much more confident when dealing with customers also I’ve learned the values of working in a team

  • I really enjoy my programme it has taught me so much about I can improve within my job

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that it is very well structured, I can do a module a month and then have a meeting with my trainer to discuss the module I have completed

  • I receive a decent amount of help from my employer, if I ever need help or support all I have to do is ask and they are more then happy to help

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get a lot of support for my trainer, I just have to ask when we have a meeting or I can message him or email at anytime

  • It has help me so much already, it’s helped me loads to improve my confidence and communication skills with customers

  • In the current situation of our country there are none due to COVID

  • Yes

  • Because it’s a good company to work for, I’m and respected by all of the staff and we are all a great team, also the company is very good to its staff
