  • I am a duty manager. This role involves opening/closing the store, cashing up, supervising staff, dealing with customer queries, ensuring smooth flow of home deliveries, stacking shelves, operating the till

  • I have learned how to cash up, build relationships with staff and customers, develop my knowledge in customer service and how to develop myself

  • I enjoy the programme as it helps me to develop and refine my knowledge about working in retail and this helps me in my work life

  • The communication is good as My trainer is in constant contact with me and is available whenever I need him. The work itself is also organised and structured in a way I am happy to complete it
