  • Loads. I get around the clock support.

  • It helps me perform so much better as it helps extend my knowledge in my job role

  • I am TSR (Talking shop rep) this means I get to make event for our staff.

  • As the company is good to work for and they look after you

  • Be prepared to spend a lot of time at your job. It’s hard work but worth the award
