  • Some days i have stock days where i work deliveries. Some days i have till shifts. I pack home deliveries, deal with customers, date check chilled items, reduce food, scan off waste and take in direct deliveries.

  • I have learnt how to deal with a variety of customers effectively , developed my time management skills

  • i enjoy my programme as i have enough time to complete task and helps me with future promotions where i can work up the career ladder.

  • very organised. set times where i have my session when my assessor. set dates i have to complete my tasks by.

  • a lot. get given time to complete my work

  • always given things to improve on, and what i'm good at. motivates me to work on my weaker topics.

  • it helps me develop new skills which enables me to train future young starters and maybe get promotions in the future

  • we have christmas parties and other social events which are fun and good for team building

  • As they are w very friendly store, good to work for, treats everyone the same. recognises hard work
