  • Can vary from managing the online pickers in the morning, to handling the frozen delivery during the day time. Sometime I will do a checkout shift

  • I have learnt more about interacting with the customers I am faced with on a daily basis. I have learnt how to communicate more effectively

  • To the extent of enjoying learning ways to make sure I am doing everything in my power to do things correctly and to Iceland’s standards

  • Very well organised. Everything is sections so I know exactly what I am doing and what I much do next

  • A lot of support. My store manager was very pleased to hear that I was taking on this apprenticeship. He is always giving me pointers and helping me out

  • Again, a lot. My trainer is extremely helpful in any situation that I need help on or am stuck in

  • It helps me with interacting with the customers, and communicating better. This is all really helpful in my job role as I am faced with these things on a daily basis

  • There were but COVID restrictions has stopped any for now
