  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Since beginning the program I have learned a lot so far about things we as retailers do that might affect our customers and business. I feel I am much more aware of things we generally do naturally such as body language, communication tones. I have also learned new things such as culture of a business, customer journies and emotive retailing (wants needs desires).

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Things I am learning during my program are things I do naturally in a day to day setting and give no thought to. The program has opened my mind to a more in depth look at these behaviours and actions. I believe refining existing skills along with the knowledge gained will benifit my role greatly.

    10/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • None that I am currently aware of.
