  • 9a. Would you recommend Iceland to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Since starting my job at Iceland, I have been given a reward for my efforts in being a team player, helping out and covering shifts at short notice... I have never been given anything at any other job I have had, so its nice to be noticed for the extra effort you're putting in. I have also had a few gift vouchers on different occasions to use instore as a thank you for working during Covid-19, so that's been fab, as its been hard on all staff. Overall I feel it is a brilliant company to work for.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland?
  • Be prepare to put in the work as Iceland is a busy store and you will always have something to do.
